Sacred Creativity Collection
Creating as an act of devotion.
Creativity has a way of calling to us long before we know what we want to create.
Sometimes it begins with a box of colored pencils we can’t quite walk past. Sometimes it’s the desire to sketch, paint, write, tend a garden, arrange flowers, bake bread, or simply make something with our hands. We may not even think of ourselves as creative. We only know that something within us comes alive when we create.
I believe this longing isn’t accidental.
It’s one way we remember ourselves.
The essays in this collection explore creativity as a companion on that journey rather than a destination to reach. Together we’ll reflect on art, mandalas, illustration, coloring, inspiration, the creative process, and the joy of making. We’ll also explore the doubts, comparisons, false starts, and moments of wonder that so often accompany creating, remembering that every creative path begins not with perfection, but with curiosity.
The pieces you’ll find here aren’t meant to teach artistic technique or convince you that you’re an artist.
They’re invitations to look at creativity differently—not as something to master, but as a way we participate in the beauty, imagination, and life continually unfolding around us. Every act of creating—whether it’s coloring a mandala, filling a sketchbook, writing a poem, or making something just for yourself—can become an act of devotion. Not because we must become good enough to deserve it, but simply because it invites us to be fully present.
Browse the essays below and rediscover the joy of creating.
You don’t have to know where it will lead.
Sometimes creating is enough.
Here’s where I share not only explorations about creating and creativity but also my art and processes in creating it. I love drawing and coloring mandalas, flowers, butterflies, and other things. My current style is more illustrative, which allows me to share some of my designs as coloring books or coloring pages with my subscribers.

Awakening the Artist Within
We’re taught to dismiss the very things that make our souls come alive. For me, it was coloring—scribbles, mandalas, and colored pencils—that led me back to my true self. This is the story of how I claimed my artist’s path and an invitation for you to listen to what your soul is whispering to you.
Quiet Joy in a Busy World: Coloring Mandalas with Kids
Coloring can be more than a simple children’s activity. When shared, it becomes a way to slow down, connect, and create calm. A family coloring moment with mandalas turned into hours of focus, creativity, and quiet joy—offering a screen-free way to nurture presence together.
